Back to the Cups! I am so close to finishing this suit, I'm getting really excited about it, only one more left!
This card is part of the tarot deck for my upcoming Changeling game. The deck is intended to be used during play, so each of the cards has an Art, Realm, Court or group of some type that it signifies, as well as it's traditional tarot meaning. Also, because I suck at remembering the meanings, each card has the meaning on it too. This is not a deck about alot of deep meditation on the Tarot, but about using dream-like symbols to connect to stories in the subconcious. Let me know how well I'm achieving that goal. These are intended to be printed on a playing card sized card; because I have little hands and HATE the big sized Tarot cards that are basically the only ones you can find. The placement of the ears, which I recognised only after seeing the description of them as squirel ears, are placed in a way that appears to make them horns. While I must imagine such placement is purposeful, to me it apreared a misplacement.
Again, the tail. Until reading the description, I was unable to recognise it as such and several thoughts of what it might be passed my mind and petered out before out before making any full sense.
My visual attention is drawn directly to the queen's face and no-where else and is split between the eyes and teeth.
This might make perfect sense in the light of the Changling game but, as a stand alone, to me, it does not appear to.
